Greta Kėvelaitienė is the director of the Panevėžys County Gabrielė Petkevičaitė-Bitė Public Library. She graduated from Vilnius University with a bachelor’s degree in history. She continued her academic career at Vytautas Magnus University, where she deepened her knowledge of the history of Central and Eastern Europe and Lithuania. Greta Kėvelaitienė is well known in the library community. She moderates national professional events and represents her own and the country’s librarian community on radio, television, and webcasts. She gives presentations at international and national scientific conferences, publishes articles on cultural heritage, history, and professional topics, participates in various projects, and conducts training sessions.
