Supercharged by AI: Learning to spot scams in the digital age
AI-generated texts, videos, audios, photos etc. are becoming increasingly common online and with new tools it is easier and faster to generate seemingly trustworthy content for scamming. It is becoming more difficult to tell what is real and authentic online versus what’s been designed to deceive us. Scamming has been around us from ancient times, the online world has increased it enormously, and now artificial intelligence is “supercharging” it even more. During the workshop, attendees will learn why people get scammed and how to recognize an online scam. The workshop is based on the international exhibition “Supercharged by AI”.
