Rasa works at The Critical with cultural strategies and research in the cultural sector. In the field of literacy and libraries, she led a study on reading habits in Lithuania and contributed to research on how cultural institutions, including libraries, can contribute to the country’s lifelong-learning system.

Baltic Libraries Literacy Manifesto

Most recently, Rasa co-coordinated the drafting of the Baltic Libraries Literacy Manifesto, which will be presented during the CoBaL congress. The work involved facilitating a stakeholder workshop and shaping the final text together with representatives of the Baltic librarian associations.
